Located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, our residential center helps clients build their recovery process on the 12-Step philosophy. We also believe that recovery from substance use should involve the mind, body, and spirit, so our holistic treatment includes creative arts therapy, an equine interaction experience, experiential programs, and spiritual advising.

English Mountain offers 30 and 60 day residential programs, with a 90-day option that is considered the gold-standard of care. To further support healing for the entire family, we also provide family education and counseling.
